Reborn Cabinets acquired by growing home remodeling platform

Reborn Cabinets has been acquired by Renovo Home Partners, a direct-to-consumer home remodeling platform offering quick-turn home renovations through its nationwide network of partner companies.  Details of the sale were not disclosed.

Reborn Cabinets, the Anaheim, Calif.-based company that ranks #96 on the FDMC 300 ranking of top woodworking companies, is just the latest company to be purchased by Renovo. This is the third acquisition for Renovo since its forming in late 2021 with the combination of Alure Home Improvements, Dreamstyle Remodeling, and Remodel USA.
